We are David Alvarado & David Reumont – Best friends for over 30 years and now real estate solution experts and owners of Double D Homebuyers! We grew up in the Silver Spring area playing soccer and working on cars in our spare time. In 2016 we started our venture into the real estate industry by flipping our first home. From there we moved into ownership by building our real estate portfolio focusing on single family homes in the Baltimore City area. Throughout the course of our business operations, we’ve realized we have a knack for building and maintaining strategic relationships that are mutually beneficial making us equipped to handle projects outside of the normal wheelhouse of other investors. David Reumont attended St. Mary’s College and received a degree in Economics. From there he proceeded to work in the public accounting industry for 15 years. Throughout his accounting career he’s worked with a multitude of clients in different industries (real estate included) where he forged meaningful relationships with clients through honest and fair dealings and logical financial solutions. Because of his integrity former accounting clients have repeatedly reached out requesting advise on the sale of their own homes. David has a passion for solving difficult design issues and creating aesthetically pleasing and functional spaces.
David Alvarado attended the University of Maryland where he earned his master’s degree in Project Management. From there he spent his time working in the commercial construction and commercial real estate industries working with a variety of private and institutional clients. Throughout his tenure in commercial real estate, he has worked on a variety of complex seller situations providing creative solutions benefit all parties involved in the transaction. He thrives off complex client situations and needs and thoroughly enjoys problem solving.
